Eligibility Criteria for East Coast Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2019

• Educational Credentials and Eligibility Desirous applicants applying for Apprentices post through East Coast Railway must have passed Class 10/SSLC/Matriculation or equivalent with ITI COPA, Fitter, Sheet Metal Worker, Welder, Machinist, Mechanic (MV), Carpenter, Electrician, Refrigeration and AC Mechanic, Wiremen, Painter, Turner, Mason, Electronics Mechanic, etc, trades from a NCVT/SCVT recongnised Board/Institute as specified in the notification.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age Limit: 15 Years
• Maximum Age Limit: 24 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

East Coast Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2019 Selection Process

• Selection will be on the basis of the merit list prepared in respect of all the eligible applicants who apply against the notification. The merit list will be prepared by taking the average of matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate) plus ITI marks. For more information, click on the detailed notification.
