Eligibility for BEL Management Trainees Recruitment 2020

Educational Qualification

Applicants should have passed 10+2+3 (UG) + CA (Intermediate)/ ICWA (Intermediate).
Should be in the rank of Commander or Lt. Commander with 4 years’ seniority in the rank with minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
Applicants who are applying on re-employment basis should not been discharged on or after 01.01.2015.
Should have preferably worked in the areas of Radars, Communication Systems & Weapon Control systems. Should have working knowledge of network and communication systems.
Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage.
General Manager (E-VI) should be in the rank of Captain OR Commander with 4 years seniority in the rank with minimum 15 years of Post qualification Experience.
Applicants who are applying on re-employment basis should not been discharged on or after 01.01.2015. Should have preferably worked in the areas of Radars, Sonars, Communication Systems & Weapon Control systems. Should have working knowledge of network and communication systems.
Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage.

Age Limit

Applicable applicants should be not more than 45 years for General applicants and 48 years for OBC applicants for the post of Manager, should be not more than 50 years for General applicants for Deputy General Manager

Salary Details

The Stipend payable is Rs. 10,000/- per month for 1st year & Rs. 12,000/- per month for 2nd year for the selected applicants of management Trainees
