LIC Assistant Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2022

Educational Qualification

Assistant Posts – Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university/institution in 10+2+3 Format.

For Ex-Servicemen

• HSC (10+2+3 pattern); who have put in at least 10 years service
• Matric who have put in at least 15 years service
• Non-Matric 15 year service + Indian Army special certificate exam or corresponding examination in Air Force and Navy

Age Limit

Age Limit (as on 01^st January 2022): Minimum age shall be 18 years (completed) as on 01^st September 2022. The maximum age shall not be more than 30 years (applicants must have been born not earlier than 02^nd September 1990 and not later than 01^st September 2004 both days inclusive only are eligible)

LIC Assistant Recruitment 2022 Selection Procedure

• Selection of Assistant will be done through a two-tier process and subsequent Pre-recruitment Medical Examination. Selection will be done on the basis of Online Examination, Medical Examination, and Interview. सहायक का चयन दो-स्तरीय प्रक्रिया और बाद में पूर्व-भर्ती चिकित्सा परीक्षा के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। चयन ऑनलाइन परीक्षा, चिकित्सा परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
• Assistant – Online Examination and Interview. सहायक – ऑनलाइन परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार।

Phase-I Preliminary Examination

• Preliminary Examination consisting of the objective test will be conducted online. The test will have three sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows.

Phase-II Main Examination

• The main examination will consist of an objective test for 200 marks. The objective test will be online. • 1/4 Negative Marking
• The online examination will be separate for Assistant, Associate and Assistant Manager.
• It will be in English language only.
• For every wrong answer to a question given by the applicant, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted.

Interview

• Depending upon the number of vacancies, only those applicants who rank sufficiently high in the order of merit based on their respective Marks in Online Exam for Assistant/Associate/Assistant Manager will be called for interview. रिक्तियों की संख्या के आधार पर, केवल उन आवेदकों को जो सहायक / एसोसिएट / सहायक प्रबंधक के लिए ऑनलाइन परीक्षा में उनके संबंधित अंकों के आधार पर योग्यता के क्रम में पर्याप्त उच्च रैंक करते हैं, उन्हें साक्षात्कार के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।

Final Selection

• The final merit list and selection of applicants will be separate for each post of Assistant, Associate & Assistant Manager and will be done on the basis of combined marks of Online Examination and Interview strictly according to the merit ranking, subject to minimum qualifying marks in the Interview. आवेदकों की अंतिम मेरिट सूची और चयन सहायक, एसोसिएट और असिस्टेंट मैनेजर के प्रत्येक पद के लिए अलग-अलग होंगे और ऑनलाइन परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार के संयुक्त अंकों के आधार पर किया जाएगा, जो मेरिट रैंकिंग के अनुसार न्यूनतम योग्यता अंकों के अधीन होगा। साक्षात्कार।

Emoluments & Benefits

• Basic Pay – Rs.14,435/- per month in the scale of Rs.14435-840(1) – 15275-915(2) – 17105-1030(5) – 22255-1195(2) – 24645-14553(3) – 29010-150(2)  – 32030-1610(5) – 40080) and other admissible allowances as per rules

• The application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.
