02 Year Relevant experience in Counseling in Health/ Public Health Sector
Graduate in BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) OR BOT (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy) ORBPO (Bachelor in Prosthetic & Orthotics) OR B.Sc. Nursing. OR Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Hospital/ Health Management from a Recognized/ Reputed Institute OR MBA Degree from A Recognized Institute.
For Diploma/ Graduate Holders: 02 Year Experience in Relevant Field in Hospital/ Health Program
For Master’s Degree: 01 Years Relevant Experience in Hospital/ Health Program

Computer Course in Tally Accounting Software (Minimum 12 Months Duration)

Nutritionist/Feeding Demonstrator

For Ayurveda Medical Officer: A Degree in Ayurveda of a University established by Law in India OR Five-Year Degree or Diploma in Ayurveda of the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh or; Registration as a Vaidya with the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh at The Time of Online Submission of Application.
For Unani Medical Officer: A Degree in Unani Tibb of a University established by Law in India OR Five-Year Degree or Diploma in Unani Tib of the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh. Registration as a Hakeem with the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh at The Time of Online Submission of Application.
AYUSH-MO-Yoga Specialist: Degree from any recognized university in B.N.Y.S. affiliated with Central Council for Research in Yoga &Naturopathy CCRYN (4 Years course + 1 Year compulsory internship).
Registration from Central Council for Research in Yoga & Naturopathy (CCRYN) at The Time of Online Submission of Application
Clinical Psychologist: Two Years Full-Time Course which includes Supervised Clinical Training, Approved and Recognized by RCI and having the qualification of Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or Applied Psychology or Master of Philosophy in Medical and Social Psychology or Master of Philosophy in Mental Health and Social Psychology
Ophthalmic Assistant: 02 Year Diploma in Optometry/ Ophthalmic Assistant from any recognized Institute. Registration from UP State Medical Faculty at the time of Online Application
Physiotherapist: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy. Registration from Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty at the Time of Online Submission of Application
Rehabilitation: Intermediate with Certificate Course of Multi Rehabilitation Worker. Registered as Rehabilitation Personnel under Rehabilitation Council of India at the Time of Online Submission of Application
Social Worker: Post-Graduate Degree in Sociology/ Social Work OR Graduate in Sociology/ Social Work with Two Years of Experience as a Social Worker in Public Health
Tuberculosis Health Visitor-TBHV: Intermediate with 3 Years’ Experience of working as MPW/ LHV/ ANM/ Health Worker OR Intermediate with Certificate of Higher Course in Health Education / Counselling/ Training Course for MPW/ Recognized Sanitary Inspector’s Course OR Graduate with Tuberculosis Health Visitor’s Recognized Course/ Sanitary Inspector’s Course
Deputy General Manager: MBA/ PGDBM with specialization in Human Resources from a reputed institute / MSW from a reputed institute OR On Deputation having the aforesaid essential qualification.

Minimum qualifying marks for the Written Test and Interview shall be as follows:
33% for Un-Reserved categories
30% for OBC
24% for SC/ST
Applicant have to score above Cut-off marks (33% for Un-Reserved categories, 30% for OBC and 24% for SC/ST) in Personal Interview wherever applicable for the preparation of merit list for Final shortlisted applicants
