PNB Specialist Officer Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality/ Citizenship

• A candidate must be either
• a Citizen of India or
• a subject of Nepal or
• a subject of Bhutan or
• a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
• a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India

Educational Qualification

• For Manager (Credit): Chartered Accountant(CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Cost Management Accountant- CMA (ICWA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India OR B. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute (USA). OR. Graduation Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (Institute should be recognized/approved by Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC and course completed through correspondence/part-time/distance mode will not be considered) AND Full-time MBA in Finance or PGDM in Finance or equivalent Post Graduation Degree with specialization in Finance.
• For Manager (Risk Management): Chartered Accountant(CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Cost Management Accountant- CMA (ICWA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India ORB. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute (USA).
• OR Graduation Degree in any discipline with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate AND Full-time MBA in Finance or PGDM in Finance or equivalent Post Graduation Degree with a specialization in Finance /Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Financial Services (PGDBF) by NIBM Pune/Masters in Financial Management (MFM)/ Masters in Finance and Control (MFC) (Minimum 2 Years course with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate) or Masters in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
• For Senior Manager (Treasury): Chartered Accountant(CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Cost Management Accountant- CMA (ICWA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India OR Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute (USA).
• OR Graduation Degree in any discipline with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate AND Full-time MBA in Finance or PGDM in Finance or equivalent Post Graduation Degree with specialization in Finance

Experience

• Manager (Credit) – Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Nationalized or Private Sector Bank/ PSU/ NBFC/Financial Institution/ Credit Rating Agency as an officer in the area of Credit and Finance.
• Manager (Risk Management) – Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Nationalized or Private Sector Bank/ PSU/ NBFC/Financial Institution as an officer in the area of Risk, Credit, Forex, Treasury, and Finance.
• Senior Manager (Treasury) – Minimum 3 years of banking experience in officer cadre with minimum of 2 years as an officer in Treasury of a Nationalized or Private Sector Bank. OR Minimum 3 years experience of working with a primary dealers.

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2022)

• Manager (Risk) – 25 to 35 years
• Manager (Credit) – 25 to 35 years
• Senior Manager (Treasury) – 25 to 37 years

Age Relaxation

• Age relaxation for the candidates will be as per the government norms as tabulated below.

• OBC – 3 Years
• PwBD – 10 Years
• Ex-Servicemen – 5 Years

PNB Specialist Officer Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

• The selection for all the posts of PNB Specialist Officers (SO) Recruitment will be through the following two stages.
• Online test
• Interview
• A candidate should qualify both in the Online Main Examination and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for the subsequent provisional allotment process. The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of aggregate scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Main Examination and Interview.

How to Apply?

• Candidates can apply online only from 22.04.2022 to 07.05.2022 and no other mode of application will be accepted.

Pre-Requisites for Applying Online

• Before applying online, candidates should scan and upload their photograph, signature, thumb impression, and handwriting declaration image keeping in view the guidelines contained in para 9.3 below.

Procedure for applying online

• Candidates are required to apply online through the website pnbindia.in. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
• Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID and Contact No. It should be kept active till the completion of this recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for Online tests, interviews, etc. through the registered email ID. In case, a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/she should create his/ her new email ID before applying Online. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/ mention his email ID to/or of any other person.
• Candidates will have to click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form. After that, a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. The candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using the Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars if needed.

Application Fee

• SC/ST/PWBD Category Candidates – Rs 50/- per candidate(only intimation charges) +GST as applicable
• All Other Candidates – Rs 850/- per candidate + GST as applicable
