Eligibility Criteria
- Assistant Director (Chemistry): B.Sc. in Agricultural Chemistry or M.Sc. in Chemistry with specialization either in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry from a recognized University / Institution. 03 Years practical experience of work relating to the analysis of Pesticides using modern sophisticated analytical instruments such as Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, High-performance liquid chromatography, Gas-Liquid Chromatography, etc. in a Central Government or State Government Department or Public Sector Undertaking / Agricultural University or in an Autonomous / Statutory or Semi-Government Organization or in any recognized Research Institutions or Councils.
- Assistant Engineer (NQA) (Electrical Engineering): Degree in Engineering in the discipline of Electrical/ Electronic Engineering from a recognised University. Experience – Two years’ practical experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control Production / Manufacturing and testing of Engineering Equipments including knowledge of various standards and their interpretation.
- Assistant Engineer (NQA) (Mechanical Engineering): Degree in Engineering in the disciplines of Mechanical Engineering from recognized University. Experience – Two years’ practical experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control Production/ Manufacturing and testing of Engineering Equipments including knowledge of various standards and their interpretation.
- Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor Anatomy – recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). (ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI i.e. Master of Surgery (Anatomy); or Doctor of Medicine (Anatomy); or Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Master of Science (Anatomy); or Master of Science (Medical Anatomy) with Doctor of Philosophy (Medical Anatomy); or Master of Science (Medical Anatomy) with Doctor of Science (Medical Anatomy). At least three years’ Teaching experience as Sr. Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first post-graduate degree.
- Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Obstetrics and Gynaecology): (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). (ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Obstetrics and Gynaecology); or Master of Surgery (Obstetrics and Gynaecology). Experience – At least three years’ Teaching experience as Sr. Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first post-graduate degree.
- Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Ophthalmology): (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI i.e. Master of Surgery (Ophthalmology); or Doctor of Medicine (Ophthalmology). Experience – At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-speciality in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post graduate degree.
- Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Orthopaedics): (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI i.e. Master of Surgery (Orthopaedics). Experience – At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-speciality in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post graduate degree.
- Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Paediatric Cardiology): (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). (ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Paediatric Cardiology); or Doctorate of Medicine (Cardiology); or Doctor of Medicine (Paediatrics) with two years special training in Cardiology. Experience – At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-speciality in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post graduate degree.
- Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Radio-Therapy): (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Radio-Therapy); or Doctor of Medicine (Radiology); or Master of Surgery (Radiology). Experience – At least three years’ teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-speciality in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Postgraduate degree.
- Assistant Executive Engineer: Degree in Drilling or Mining or Mechanical or Electrical or Civil Engineering or Degree in Petroleum Technology from a recognized University or equivalent. Experience – Two years working experience in operation or maintenance and repairs of different type of Drilling Rigs for Tube Wells from a Central /State Government/Public Sector Undertaking or a reputed drilling agency recognized/ registered with the Central/ State Government/Public Sector Undertaking.
- Driller-In-charge: Degree in Drilling / Mining /Mechanical / Civil/ Electrical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering from a University recognized by Govt. of India, Ministry of Human Resources Development, All India Council for Technical Education, University Grants Commission, Indira Gandhi National Open University or State Government; (ii) One year experience in operation and maintenance of drilling rigs ‘OR’ (b)(i) Diploma in Drilling / Mining / Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical/ Petroleum Engineering from a University recognized by Govt. of India, Ministry of Human Resources Development, All India Council for Technical Education, University Grants Commission, Indira Gandhi National Open University or State Government; (ii) five years experience in operation and maintenance of drilling rigs. Experience – (i) One year experience in operation and maintenance of drilling rigs for Degree holders and (ii) five years experience in operation and maintenance of drilling rigs for Diploma holders.
- Lecturer (Electrical): First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Note:- 1.If the candidate has a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Technology, First Class or equivalent is required at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
- Lecturer (Mechanical): First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Mechanical Engineering/Production Technology.
Age Limit
- Applicant for this examination must not have attained the age of 35 – 40 years as on the last date of application.

- Applicants shortlisted for interview on the basis of the information provided in the online applications submitted by them will be required to send self attested copies of documents/relevant certificates in support of the claims made in the application as and when demanded by the Commission

Application Fee
- Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.
- No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates of any community. No “fee exemption” is available to Gen/OBC/EWS male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.

- Candidates must upload the documents/certificates in support of all the claims made by them in the application like, Date of Birth, Experience (preferably in prescribed format), Desirable Qualification(s) etc. or any other information, separately against each claim in pdf file in such a way that the file size does not exceed 1 MB for the respective aforesaid modules and 2 MB for the “UPLOAD OTHER DOCUMENT” module and is legible when a printout taken.
- For that purpose, the applicant may scan the documents/certificates in 200 dpi grey scale. Documents like Pay Slip, Resume, Appointment Letter, Relieving Letter, Un-signed Experience Certificate etc. must not be uploaded in the Document Upload Module.
