SBI Specialist Officer Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must know all the eligibility criteria required for the SBI Recruitment 2022 for the various posts.
Educational Qualification
- AGM / Manager / Deputy Manager (Network Engineer / Site Engineer Command Centre): Candidates should have completed B.E / B.Tech in (Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Electronics & Communications Engineering) or equivalent degree in relevant discipline from recognized University / Institute with 60% marks (equivalent CGPA Score).
- Deputy Manager (Statistician): Full-time Degree in Statistics / Applied Statistics / Econometrics from a recognized university / Institute with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (equivalent CGPA Score). The Institute should be recognized/approved by Govt., Govt. Bodies/AICTE).

Experience
- Assistant General Manager: Minimum of 14 years of post-basic qualification experience is required.
- Manager: Minimum of 8 years of post-basic qualification experience is required.
- Deputy Manager: Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience is required.

SBI Specialist Officer Recruitment 2022 Selection Process
- The selection will be based on shortlisting and interviews.
- Interview: Mere fulfilling minimum qualification and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, the adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Candidates shortlisted through shortlisting exercise will be called for an interview. The interview will be of 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the Interview will be as decided by the Bank.
- Merit List: The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit.
Call Letter for Interview
- Intimation/ call letter for interview will be sent by email / will be uploaded on Bank’s website. NO HARD COPY WILL BE SENT
SBI Specialist Officer Recruitment 2022 Application Procedure
How to Apply?
- Candidates will be required to register themselves online through the link available on the SBI website https://bank.sbi/careers OR https://www.sbi.co.in/careers and pay the application fee using the Internet Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card etc.
- Candidates should first scan their latest photograph and signature. Online application will not be registered unless the candidate uploads his/her photo and signature as specified on the online registration page (Please refer to para H-b-ii. and para H-c.-v. along with para H-e.-vi under ‘How to Upload Documents”)
- Candidates should fill out the application carefully. Once the application is filled in completely, the candidate should submit the same. In the event of a candidate not being able to fill the application in one go, he can save the information already entered. When the information/ application is saved, a provisional registration number and password are generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
- The candidate should note down the registration number and password. They can re-open the saved application using the registration number and password and edit the particulars if needed, but only three times. Please note that this facility for editing the saved information will be available three times only. Once the application is filled out completely, the candidate should submit the same and proceed for online payment of the fee.
- After registering online, the candidates are advised to take a printout of the system generated online application forms

- Fee payments have to be made online. Application Fee once paid will NOT be refunded on any account nor can it be adjusted for any other examination or selection in the future.
- SC / ST / PWD Candidates – No Fee
- General / EWS / OBC Candidates – Rs.750/-
