REET 2022 Application Process, Dates, Exam Pattern

REET 2022 – The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education has published the notification for Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers 2022. The application period will run from April 18th to May 18th 2022.

The Rajasthan government is all set to conduct the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) in the year 2022. Rajasthan REET recruitment is the process through which the state government will appoint a large number of teachers in secondary and senior secondary schools.

The Rajasthan Education Department is all set to conduct the REET exam for the year 2022. The Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) is an exam for aspiring teachers to become eligible for different teaching positions in the school education department of Rajasthan. REET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Rajasthan Eligibility Exam for Teachers is comprised of 2 exams i.e. Paper-1 which is conducted for the selection at the primary level i.e. class I to V and Paper 2 which is conducted for secondary level i.e. class VI to VIII. Check the REET Eligibility criteria for different levels here.

Educational Qualification

Level 1 Exam: Classes I-V (Primary Stage)

Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR
Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR
Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Level 2 Exam: Classes VI-VIII (Elementary Stage)

Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. OR Graduation or post-graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR
Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), following the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure). OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- the year in B.A. /B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. Graduation or Post Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1- year B.Ed. (Special Education).
