AME CET 2023 is the National Level Common AME Entrance Exam to offer admission in the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course in some of the leading institutes approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India. Admission to First Year of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) Course. AME Course in Govt. approved AME institutions in India. AME CET 2023 has only one paper.

About AME CET 2023
- AME CET 2023 is the national level common entrance exam to offer admission in Aircraft Engineering Courses in approved institutions in India. AME CET 2023 has only one paper. The AME Entrance exam is of the objective pattern and is in Hindi & English medium both.
- On the basis of AME CET 2023, All India Rank students participate in counseling and confirm their admission to approved institutions in India.
- Candidates can apply for the AME CET exam only three times only. Candidate must have either passed 10+2 or is appearing in 2023 with Physics, Chemistry & Maths stream or equivalent AICTE approved 3 years engineering diploma or any higher qualification in science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Candidate age must be between 16 to 28 years at the time of admission.
AME CET 2023 Important Dates (Tentative)
- Availability of Application Form: 01st November 2022
- Last Date for Application Form: 15th March 2023
- The download of Admit Card: 22nd April 2023
- AME CET 2023 Exam Date: 05th May 2023

Eligibility for AME CET 2023
- Applicants must have either passed 10+2 or is appearing in 2023 with the non-medical stream or equivalent AICTE approved 3 years engineering diploma or any higher qualification in science with Physics and Mathematics.
- A candidate possessing three years Diploma in any stream recognized by Central / State Govt. is also eligible for admission in AME.
- All candidates who are eligible for admission in B. Tech. Courses are also eligible for Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME). Candidate age must be between 16 to 28 years at the time of admission. The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at AME CET shall be limited to 03 (three).
AME CET Exam Pattern 2023
- AME CET 2023 consists of 90 MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions). The questions will be asked from subjects like Physics, Chemistry Mathematics, English and General Awareness. AME CET 2023 question papers will be in both Hindi and English medium, but in case of any ambiguity, the English version shall be considered final.
- AME Entrance Exam will be held in online as well as offline mode.
- There is negative marking for incorrect answers. 4 marks are awarded for correct answers and 1 mark is deducted for incorrect answers.

Examination Schedule
- AME CET 2023 exam will be conducted on 05th May 2023.
- Offline and Online will be conducted on the same day.
- AME CET 2023 exam will be of 1 Hour 30 minutes.

About AME CET 2023 Scholarship
- It will be awarded on the tuition fee based on the All India Rank (AIR) of the students in AME CET 2020. The scholarship will be provided semester wise.

Scholarship Layout
- Section A: It will be applicable for toppers of Central Board/State Board/AME CET who apply through AME CET 2023. The toppers of the following will be awarded a 100% scholarship on tuition fees throughout the AME course. The total numbers of candidates who can get the scholarship are a maximum of 10.
- Section B: It will be applicable for the candidates who get AIR from 1 to 5 in AME CET 2023. The candidates will be awarded a scholarship of 100% on tuition fees throughout the AME course.
- Section C: It will be applicable for the candidates holding the AIR from 6 to 15 in AME CET 2023. The candidates will be awarded a scholarship of 75% on tuition fees throughout the AME course.
- Section D: It will be applicable for the candidates who have AIR from 16 to 50 in AME CET 2023. The candidates will be awarded a scholarship of 50% on tuition fees throughout the AME course.
- Section E: It will be applicable for the candidates who have AIR from 101 to 500 in AME CET 2023. The candidate will be awarded the scholarship of 10% on tuition fees throughout the AME course.
- Section F: It will be applicable for the candidates who are having AIR from 51 to 200 in AME CET 2023. The candidates will be awarded the scholarship of 25% on tuition fees throughout the AME course.
AME CET 2023 Registration Form
Online Mode
- Applicants can fill AME CET 2023 form online mode. For that, they have to visit our official website www.amecet.in. After filling the form there is no need to send any documents to AME CET officials. Candidates can check the concise steps to fill the application form below.

- Here applicant has to fill basic information with photographs.
- The Entrance Examination Fee for AME CET 2023 is Rs. 1000/- for Male/Transgender candidates of General and OBC category.
- Rs.800/- for Female candidates/ Physically Handicapped candidates of all categories and SC/ST candidates. After a successful payment candidate will receive a Congratulation Message with Registration Number on given mobile and given email. This Registration Number will be the reference number for further communication with AME CET.
Offline Mode
- Applicants can also fill the AME CET 2020 for offline. For that, they have to visit AME CET approved centers and have to purchase AME CET 2023 form after paying Registration fees. Candidates can check the concise steps to fill the application form below.
- The applicant has to fill basic information and paste passport size photographs.
- After filling the form student has to send the form at following address AME CET Corporate Office, 121, Vardhman Bahnhof Plaza, Plot No 10, Pocket 7, Dwarka Sec-12, New Delhi 110075
- After receiving the form at AME CET Corporate Office students will get a Registration Number by SMS and email on registered mobile and email.
- This Registration Number will be the reference number for further communication with AME CET.
Exam Fee
- The AME Entrance Examination Fee for AME CET 2023 is Rs. 1000/- for Male/Transgender candidates of General and OBC category.
- Rs.800/- for Female candidates/ Physically Handicapped candidates of all categories and SC/ST candidates
Mode of Payment
- The offline form is available at authorized centers, by paying Rs.1000/- or Rs.800/- students depend on their category.
- The examination fee has to be submitted On-Line through Credit/debit card/ Net Banking while submitting the On-Line Application.
- Please note that the bank may additionally charge service charges plus applicable taxes while making the payment through Credit/Debit card/ Net-Banking.
AME CET Admit Card
- Admit card can be downloaded from April 2023 from our official website www.amecet.in
- All information regarding exam centers like exam dates, exam centers, timing will be on admit card. In any case of confusion admit card information will be final.
AME CET Result 2023
- The results of AME CET 2023 will be declared on or before May 2023. The result can be download from official website www.amecet.in
- Based on the performance of the candidates in AME CET 2023, separate merit lists will be prepared for the AME course. AIR, score-card with total marks and marks obtained in each subject shall be available on the website after the declaration of the result.
