Eligibility for Baroda UP Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2022

Age Limit

• Between 18 & 28 years as on 01.03.2022 i.e. applicants must have been born not earlier than 02.03.1994 and not later than 01.03.2004.
• Maximum age indicated is for unreserved and EWS applicants. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates.

Educational Qualification (as on 01.03.2022)

• Applicants having a Graduation degree in any stream from the recognized university or institution are eligible to apply.

Duration of Training

• Period of engagement will be 12 months.

Stipend/ Benefit

• The apprentices are eligible for stipend of Rs. 9000/- per month. The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances/ benefits.

• Selection of a applicant as an apprentice in Baroda UP Gramin Bank shall be made on the basis of an online written test & test of the local language. Those who qualify in the written test will be called for the local language test. Applicants who fail to qualify the local language test will not be engaged for an apprenticeship in Baroda UP Bank.

Local Language Test

• A local language test will be conducted to test the candidate’s ability to read, write and understand the local language of the area for which he/she is applying in the Baroda UP Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2022. • The applicant should NOT have undergone Apprenticeship either in BANK or in any other organization earlier or pursuing Apprenticeship Training as per the apprenticeship Act 1961 as amended.
• Applicants who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after the attainment of the educational qualifications, shall NOT be eligible for being engaged as Apprentices.
• Bank shall have no obligation to offer regular employment to Apprentices during and/or after the completion of the apprenticeship period. After completion of Apprenticeship period, applicants will be relieved from the respective work area
• The decision of the Bank will be final and binding on all applicants on all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of applications, mode of selection, cancellation of the selection process either in part or full etc. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Filling up of the seats is solely at the discretion of the Bank based on suitability of applicants and no claim will arise for engagement, if some of these seats are not filled due to unsuitability / insufficient number of applicants.
