SSC revised Scheduled 2020 for SSC CGL, CHSL, JE, JHT Steno and other Exams

SSC revised exam date 2020 – The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has been once again released the revised Schedule for SSC CGL, CHSL, JE, JHT Steno and other Exam 2020. In the month of June 2020, SSC has released the notification stating that these entrance exams will be held from August 2020 but in view of the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation in the country SSC has decided to extend the exam dates for these exams and scheduled it to be held from October 2020 now.

• Several exams including CGL, Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam (CHSL) Tier-I 2019, Junior Engineer Exam, Stenographer Grade C and D exam, Skill Test for CHSL 2019, and the Exam for Selection Post-VIII 2020 has been postponed.
• SSC will conduct the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination (Tier-I), 2019 for the remaining applicants which was scheduled to be held from 17 to 21 August and 14 to 27 August 2020  will now be held from 12 to 26 October.
• The JE 2019 Paper I examination will be conducted from 27 to 30 October instead of 1 to 4 September 2020
• CGL 2019 Tier II exam scheduled for 14 to 17 October 2020 will take place from 2 to 5 November 2020.
• Selection Post Examination 2020- Phase VIII scheduled to be held from 7 and 9 September 2020 is rescheduled to be held on 6, 9 and 10 November 2020.
• Grade C and Grade D Steno 2019 exam will be held from 16 to 18 November 2020 instead on 10 to 12 September 2020.
• SSC Translator 2020 exam will be held on 19 November 2020
• SSC Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police and CAPFs Examination (Paper-I) 2020 scheduled for September 29 to 1 and 5 October 2020 will now be held from 11 to 26 November 2020,
• Constable (Executive) in Delhi Police Examination, 2020 will be held between 27^th November 2020 to 14^th December 2020

As per the SSC notification, the above schedule is subject to the prevailing conditions and Government guidelines issued from time to time regarding handling of the Covid-19 pandemic.
