KVS Recruitment 2019: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has invited applications from eligible applicants for the KVS Recruitment of Principal, Vice Principal, PGTs, TGTs, PRs and Librarian Posts. The online application procedure has started on 04th September 2019 and will continue till 30th November 2019. The hiring of the position will be across the nation and applicants willing to take up this job can apply for the post through the official site of KVS.

KVS Teachers Post and Salary Details

Principal: 66 posts: Pay level-12 Rs. 78800-209200/-
Vice Principal: 80 posts, Pay level-10 Rs. 56100-177500
Post Graduate Teacher: 192 posts, Pay level-8 Rs. 47600-151100
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT): 500 posts: Pay level-7: Rs. 44900-142400
Librarian: 20 posts pay level-7 Rs. 44900-142400
Primary Teacher: 2000 posts pay level-6, Rs. 35400-112400
Primary Teacher (PRT- Music): 95 posts pay level-6, Rs. 35400-112400

Eligibility Criteria for KVS Recruitment 2019

Teachers Educational Qualification:

Candidates should have Graduate & PG Degree

Age Limit:

Principal: 35-50 years
Vice Principal: 35-45 years
PRT: 40 years
TGT: 35 years
Primary Teacher: 30 years
Primary Teacher (Music):30 years

KVS Recruitment 2019 Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written exam and interview put together. KVS reserves the right to decide the cut-off marks in written exam and interview separately
However, the mode of selection for all the above posts will be at the sole discretion of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and may be changed before the date of start of the online application with due notification
The final merit list of Principal, Vice- Principal, PGTs, TGTs, Librarian, Primary Teacher, and Primary Teacher (Music) will be based on the performance of the candidates in written test, interview and performance test (where applicable)
The weightage of written tests and interviews will be 85:15 for the post of Principal, Vice-Principal, PGTs, TGTs, Librarian and Primary Teacher. For the post of Primary Teacher (Music) the weightage of written test, performance test and interview will be 60:25:15
