Eligibility Criteria for LIC AAO Recruitment 2024

• Eligibility conditions as of 01.01.2024 shall be as under:

Age Limit

• The minimum Age shall be 21 Years (completed) as of 01.01.2024. How to Apply?

• Applicants satisfying the conditions of eligibility as of 01.01.2024 are required to go to the LIC’s website licindia.in and click on ‘Careers’ to open the link “ Recruitment of AAO (Generalist) 2024. It redirects the candidates to the online registration page.
• To register the application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter your Name, Contact details, and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
• In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he/she can save the data already entered by choosing the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab. Prior to submission of the online application, candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. Visually Impaired candidates should fill out the application form carefully and verify/ get the details verified to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission.
• Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION button.
• The Name of the candidate or his /her Father/ Husband etc. should be spelled correctly in the application as it appears in the Certificates/ Mark sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
• Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save &Next’ buttons.
• Candidates can proceed to upload photos & signatures as per the specifications.
• Candidates can proceed to fill in other details of the Application Form.
• Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before FINAL SUBMIT.

LIC AAO 2024 Application Fee

• Candidates will have to make the payment of Application Fees/Intimation Charges through the On-Line Mode as under:
• For SC/ST/ PwBD Candidates – Intimation Charges of Rs.85/- +Transaction Charges + GST
• For all other Candidates – Application Fee-cum-Intimation Charges of Rs.700/- + Transaction Charges + GST

Payment of fees: Online Mode

• The application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.
• The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, and Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
• After submitting your payment information in the online application form, PLEASE WAIT FOR THE INTIMATION FROM THE SERVER. DO NOT PRESS THE BACK OR REFRESH BUTTON IN ORDER TO AVOID A DOUBLE CHARGE
• On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated.
• Non-generation of ‘E-Receipt’ indicates PAYMENT FAILURE. On failure of payment, Candidates are advised to log in again using their Provisional Registration Number and Password and repeat the process of payment.
• Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-Receipt and online Application Form containing fee details. Please note that if the same cannot be generated, online transactions may not have been successful.
• For Credit Card users: All charges are listed in Indian Rupee. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your bank will convert it to your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.
• To ensure the security of your data, please close the browser window once your transaction is completed.
• There is the facility to print an application form containing fee details after payment of fees.
• Candidates shall be solely responsible for filling up the online applications correctly. In case of invalid applications due to errors committed by the applicant, no claims for refund of application money so collected shall be entertained by LIC.
• To avoid a last-minute rush, candidates are advised to register online and pay the Application Fees /Intimation Charges (wherever applicable) in time.

LIC AAO 2024 Selection Process

• Selection of Assistant Administrative Officers will be done through a three-tiered process and subsequent Pre recruitment Medical examination.

LIC AAO Salary

• Rs.53600-102090/-
• Along with this, House Rent Allowance and City Allowance will be given as per grade.

Emoluments and Benefits

• Basic pay of Rs. 53600/- per month in the scale of Rs. 53600- 2645(14) –90630– 2865(4) –102090 and other admissible allowances as per rules.
• Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale inclusive of House RentAllowance, City Compensatory Allowance, etc wherever admissible depending upon the classification of the city will be approximately Rs. 92870/- per month in ‘A’ Class city. Other benefits are Defined as Contributory Pensions,
