37th MH SET 2021 for Assistant Professor to be conducted by Savitribai Phule Pune University
Maharashtra SET 2021 – The notification for Maharashtra State Eligibility Test for Assistant Professor 2021 has been announced. Savitribai Phule Pune University will conduct 37th MH SET Exam at various exam centres (in Maharashtra and Goa states) on 26th September 2021. This year, the Maharashtra State Eligibility Test is conducted in 32 subjects across 15 city centres.

Eligibility Criteria for Maharashtra SET 2021
- Candidates applying for the Maharashtra State Eligibility Test 2021 must verify that they are eligible for the SET examination as laid down by the conducting body. One can check the detailed eligibility criteria as per the latest information brochure here. The prescribed eligibility criteria for the examination are listed below.
- Candidate must have a Master’s Degree recognized by U.G.C (University Grants Commission) in a subject of SET.
- Candidates should have obtained at least 55% overall marks, in their Master’s degree or equivalent examination. Relaxation of 05% marks can be availed by candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC/SBC/DT(VJ)/NT/SEBC/Trans-genders etc.
- Candidates who are pursuing their Master’s degree or candidates who have appeared in the qualifying Master’s degree (final year) examination are also eligible.
- There is no upper age limit to appear in the MH SET exam.
- Candidates who have already qualified in the MH SET exam in a particular subject are not allowed to appear in the same subject again.

How to Apply?
- Eligible candidates have to apply online for Maharashtra SET through the official website
- The application process of Maharashtra SET 2021 is conducted online as per the schedule indicated in the information brochure. Interested candidates have to go online at unipune.ac.in and apply online for the exam
- After submitting the online form and payment of fee, candidates must take a printout as evidence and future reference. It may be noted that no hard copy is required to be sent to the conducting body.

Procedure for Submission of Application Form
- Go to the official site of the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)
- Click on the link – “Fill Up Online MH SET Exam Application Form.”
- Enter details in User Registration Form with your Valid email ID, password etc.
- Once you get registered with Email ID & password, Login into system with the same Username & Password to fill up the application form..
- Upload your Scanned Photo and Signature
- Pay the Application fee only by Debit/Credit Card or through Internet Banking & keep evidence of the same.
- Download your MH SET Exam online Application Form and also take a print out for further usage.

Mode of Payment
- There is just one mode of payment for the Maharashtra SET Application Form 2021, i.e. online using Net banking/Credit Card/Debit Card only.
Maharashtra SET 2021 Selection Procedure
- There will be two rounds of the Maharashtra SET Selection Process. First is the Written Exam will be preferred for the Interview.
- Those who have cleared the Written Exam will be called for an interview to be held at the final round of selection.
- The assortment of students will be done on cut off marks and those attaining higher scores will be eligible for the next round and then will be invited to another selection process, At last, students will be able to get the post they want to apply for MH SET 2021.

MH SET 2021 Syllabus
- Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) releases the syllabus of Maharashtra SET 2021 at the official website.
Maharashtra SET 2021 Admit Card
- MH SET 2021 Admit Card will be available on the 16th September 2021. Only valid details will be acceptable including registration no and password during downloading at the website.
- The students will be able to download the admit card, who will successfully register for the exam with the complete payment process.
- The students will have to bring it to the exam venue at the correct time of the exam. Admit Card will be provided online to all candidates ten days before the date of the exam on the official page of MH SET.
- The Admit Card will be available in 16th September 2021. The authority will provide Maharashtra SET Admit Card to the candidates; who have successfully submitted their Application Form.
- It is informed to retain a copy of the Hall Ticket for the exam which will come in handy in case of misplacing of the original text.
- The admit card contains essential details such as exam date and time, venue and day, roll no of the student, their seat no, etc.
- Candidates can download the admit card by submitting a username and password in the required field. The applicants without admit card will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
