NABARD Specialist Officer Recruitment 2022 – National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development has announced the notification for the NABARD Recruitment 2022 of Specialist Officers on a contract basis at its Head Office, Mumbai on the official website against the Adv. No. 01 Specialist on Contract 2022-2023.
The eligible candidates can apply for the NABARD SO Recruitment 2022 from 14th June to 30th June 2022. NABARD is an all-India Apex Organization, wholly owned by the Government of India, and is an equal opportunity employer.

Educational Qualification

- Chief Technology Officer: First class in B.E. / B. Tech degree in Computer Science / Information Technology/Electronics and Communication from an accredited and reputed institution OR MCA from an accredited and reputed institution.Post Qualification IT experience of minimum 15 year
- Senior Enterprise Architect: BE/BTech in IT/ Engineering OR B.Sc in IT OR BCA/MCA from an accredited and reputed institution. TOGAF 9 certified and well versed in the Architecture Development Model of the Open Group. Minimum 8 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and a practicing Enterprise Architect
- Solution Architect: BE/BTech in IT/Computer Science/Engineering OR MCA from an accredited and reputed institution. Minimum 10-12 years in Software development, design, and architecture of which 5-7 years experience as an IT Architect.
- Database Analyst–cum–Designer: BE/BTech in IT/Computer Science/Engineering OR MCA from an accredited and reputed institution. Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- UI/UX Designer & Developer: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering OR MCA from an accredited and reputed institution. Minimum 3-5 years as UI / UX designer and developer.
- Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack Java): BE/BTech in IT/Computer Science/Engineering OR MCA from an accredited and reputed institution. Minimum 6-8 years as a full-stack developer.
- Software Engineer (Full Stack Java): BE/BTech in IT/Computer Science /Engineering OR MCA from an accredited and reputed institution. Minimum 3-5 years as a full-stack developer.
- Business Intelligence Report Developer: BE/BTech in IT/Computer Science OR MCA from an accredited and reputed institution Experience Minimum of 4-5 years as BI report developer and designer.
- QA Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering OR MCA from an accredited and reputed institution. Minimum 3-5 years as QA Analyst.
- Data Designer: B.Tech (any discipline) / MCA with 10 years of IT experience from an accredited and reputed institution and 10 years of IT experience.
- BI Designer: B.Tech. (any discipline) / MCA from an accredited and reputed institution. Minimum 9 years of IT experience.
- Business Analysts: B.Tech. / MCA from an accredited and reputed institution and 4 years of experience.
- Application Analysts: B.Tech. / MCA from an accredited and reputed institution and 4 years of experience
- ETL Developers: B.Tech. / MCA from an accredited and reputed institution and 4 years of experience
- Power BI Developers: B.Tech (Any discipline) / MCA from an accredited and reputed institution and 4 years of experience.
Age Limit (as of 01 June 2022)
- The Upper Age limit prescribed for the NABARD SO Recruitment is 62 years. There is no lower age limit. The age relaxation for the reserved category is as per the government rules.

NABARD Specialist Officer Recruitment 2022 Selection Process
- Stage 1: The candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:10 on the basis of academics/education background, work experience, resume and skillset, and related certification.
- Stage 2: Projects will be assigned to the short-listed candidates based on their job profiles. It will be followed by a screening interview based on their project and other technical know-how related to their job profile. This will be qualifying in nature. After this stage candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:5 for the next round.
- Stage 3: The screened candidates will undergo another interview for final selection.

Steps to Apply
- Candidates to go to the NABARD website https://www.nabard.org/
- Click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen. Then, they are required to submit the application.
- Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no change will be possible/ entertained after clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON.
- Candidates can proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature detailed under point “C”.
- Click on the Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before FINAL submission.
Application Fee
- Application fee (exclusive of applicable GST) for the post will be as under:
- For SC/ ST/ PWBD – Application Fee- Nil +Intimation Charge – Rs.50/- = Rs.50/-
- For all others – Application Fee- 750 +Intimation Charge – Rs.50/- = Rs.800/-
