Eligibility Criteria for NAL Trade Apprentice Recruitment 2022
Educational Qualifications
- Fitter: Passed 10th class / SSLC examination with Science & mathematics or ITI pass certificate in Fitter trade
- Turner: Passed 10th class / SSLC examination with Science & mathematics or ITI pass certificate in turner trade
- Electrician: Passed 10th class / SSLC examination with Science & mathematics or ITI pass certificate in electrician trade
- Machinist: Passed 10th class / SSLC examination with Science & mathematics or ITI pass certificate in the machinist trade
- Mechanic (Motor Vehicle): Passed 10th class / SSLC examination with science and mathematics or ITI pass certificate in mechanic (motor vehicle) trade.
- Welder (Gas & Electric): Passed 10th class / SSLC examination or ITI pass certificate in welder trade.
Age Limit
- Age as of 04th April 2022 – Not less than 16 years
- A candidate should be free of evidence of any contagious or infectious disease. He should not be suffering from any disease which is likely to be aggravated by service or is likely to render him unfit for service or endanger the health of the public. He should also be free from evidence of tuberculosis in any form, active or healed.
- The candidate should have the following minimum standard of fitness:
- Height 137 centimeters
- Weight 25.4 Kilogram
- Chest expansion should not be less than 3.8 centimeters irrespective of the size of the chest.
- There should be no evidence of any morbid condition of either eye or the lids of either eye which may be liable to the risk of aggravation or recurrence.
Note: The engagement of the apprentice is subject to qualifying the standard medical examination prescribed by the Competent Authority.
The period of training will be for one year.
Amount of Stipend: 8050/-

How to Apply?
- Candidates who have completed the qualifying examination during the year 2017 and onwards can apply. Candidates already undergoing/have undergone apprenticeship training need not apply.
- Interested eligible candidates are required to register in the web portal https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in for enrolment as apprentices.
- After registration, the candidate should have applied for apprenticeship training @CSIR- National Aerospace Laboratories, Bengaluru on the portal.
- The application will not be accepted without registration in the above-mentioned web portal and the registration number may please be filled in the online application.
