Eligibility for OPAL Recruitment 2021
Educational Qualifications
- Senior Executive: Bachelor Engineering degree OR 2 Years Full-Time MBA (/ Or equivalent PG) with specialization in Marketing/ SCM with hands-on experience in Sales & Marketing. Minimum 3 years of Post Qualification experience at the executive level.
- DGM (MM): Bachelor Engineering degree OR 2 Years Full-Time MBA (Or Equivalent PG) with specialization in SCM/ MM/ Operations with hands-on experience in relevant field. Minimum 18 years of Post Qualification experience at the executive level.
- Assistant Manager (IT): Bachelor Engineering degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics & Telecommunications or Masters of Computer Application (MCA). Minimum 6 years of Post Qualification experience at the executive level.
- Senior Manager: Bachelor degree with a qualified member in ACS/ FCS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), with hands-on experience in the Secretarial Department of any company in India. Minimum 15 years of Post Qualification experience at the executive level.
Age Limit
- Senior Executive – 32 years
- DGM (MM) – 50 years
- Assistant Manager (IT) – 35 years
- Senior Manager – 48 years
Selection Procedure
- Selection will be based either Written Exam/Interview
