Eligibility Criteria for Odisha Civil Services Exam 2022

• An applicant must be an Indian citizen who have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above 32 years as on January 1, 202`. The upper age limit is relaxed by five years for the candidates belonging to SC/ST/SEBC/women/ex-serviceman and by 10 years for PwDs with more than 40 percent permanent disability.

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute or university in any discipline. In addition, they must be able to read, write, and speak Odia.

How to Apply?

• All desirous and eligible candidates can fill the online OPSC Civil Services application form through the official website -opsc.gov.in between January 10 to February 9, 2022.

Odisha Civil Services Selection Process

• The candidates will be selected for appointments on the basis of their performances in preliminary examination, main examination and interview.
• The OCS exam will be comprised in three steps: a preliminary exam, a main exam, and a personality test or interview. The candidates who will qualify in preliminary exam will be called by the Commission to appear in the main exam. Once qualified the main exam, the commission will call them for personality test or interview.

Odisha Civil Services Exam Fee

• Candidates have to pay non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of Rs 500. ST/SC and persons with disabilities (more than 40%) are exempted.
