UPPCL JE Pay Scale
- As Per 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix Level – 7 Rs 44900 /- (Minimum Level in revised Pay Matrix). Dearness and Other Allowances admissible as per rules of UPPCL.

Educational Qualification
- Candidates should have thorough Knowledge of Hindi (Devnagri Script). The Candidates must Produce a Certificate From The Head of the Institution from Which he Passed out or from a gazette officer in Uttar Pradesh that he can read and write Hindi in the Devnagri Script with ease, provided that such certificate will not be necessary in the case of a candidate who passed the High School or an equivalent Examination with Hindi or Who has obtained a degree, diploma or certificate of any Hindi Examination from an Institution recognized by State Government.
For Junior Engineer (Trainee) Electrical
- Applicants must have passed “Three years Diploma Examination in Electrical Engineering Awarded by the Pravidhik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh or a Diploma, equivalent thereto, recognized by the State Government.” OR
- Three Years All India Diploma Examination In Electrical Engineering Conducted By AICTE. OR
- Diploma Examination In Electrical Engineering Conducted By Any Of The Universities In India Incorporated By An Act Of The Central / State Legislature.
For Junior Engineer (Trainee) Electrical
- Applicant must have passed – “Three years Diploma Examination in Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering Awarded by the Pravidhik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh or a Diploma, equivalent thereto, recognized by the State Government.”
- OR
- Three years all India diploma examination in electronics / telecommunication engineering conducted by aicte.
- OR
- Diploma examination in electronics / telecommunication engineering conducted by any of the universities in India incorporated by an act of the central / state legislature
- Note: Diploma received through distance learning education will not be Eligible.

- The selection will be done on the basis of Online Written Exam (CBT) followed by Document Verification.
