Eligibility Criteria
- Assistant Environmental Engineer – Should posses a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from a University or Institute recognized by State/Central Government with the first class in the Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering with environment as elective or Chemical Engineering with environment as elective.
- Should have the basic Knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967, as amendment from time to time
- Senior Scientific Assistant – Should be a graduate Degree of a Recognized University or Institute in the discipline of Environmental Science/ Chemistry / Bio Chemistry / Microbiology / Aquatic Biology / Marine Biology / Bio Science / Bio-technology.
- Should have the basic Knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967, as amendment from time to time
- Deputy Superintendent – Should possess a Bachelor Degree from a Recognized University or Institute with First Class in Commerce, Arts, Law, Business Administration or Science.
- Should have relevant post qualification experience of at least 02 (two) years as in office routine work of accounts with reputed organization
- Clerk cum Typist – Should posses a Bachelor Degree from a Recognized University or Institute in Commerce, Arts, Law, Business Administration or Science.
- Should have the basic knowledge of Computer Application as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967, as amendment from time to time
Age Limit
- Assistant Environmental Engineer, Senior Scientific Assistant, Clerk cum Typist – 35 years
- Deputy Superintendent – 37 years
Pay Scale
- Assistant Environmental Engineer – Rs.44900-142400
- Senior Scientific Assistant – Rs.39900-126600
- Deputy Superintendent – Rs.39900-126600
- Clerk cum Typist – Rs.19900-63200

- General, OBC: Rs.500/-
- SC, ST Candidates: Rs. 250/-

- The Selection will be on the basis of Written Exam & Interview.
