Educational Qualification
Assistant Manager (IT – ERP Technical)
- Passed B.E/B.Tech with 60% of marks in Computer Science/IT or 60% marks in MCA. Candidates who possess Oracle advanced PL/SQL developer certificate are preferable.
- Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in the technical design and developments in Oracle EBS R12 applications
Manager (Civil)
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (60% marks) with a minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in construction OR ME / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (60% marks) with a minimum of five years of experience in the construction
- Experience: Should have experience in construction and maintenance of buildings, industrial structures, machine foundations, etc. Candidates should have the knowledge of site survey and estimation
- Possessing skill in preparation of CAD drawings, PER/CPM/PROCORE management techniques will be an added advantage
- They must be able to work anywhere in India
Assistant Manager (Refractory Maintenance):
- Completed BE / B.Tech with 60% marks in Ceramic Engineering
- Experience: They should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the refractory area. Candidates should have the working experience in a manufacturing/ steel plant in the relevant area
Deputy Manager (Civil)
- Completed BE / B.Tech with 60% marks in Civil Engineering with minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in construction OR ME / M.Tech (60% marks) in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in construction
- Experience: Should have experience in construction and maintenance of buildings, industrial structures, machine foundations, etc
- Candidates should have the knowledge of site survey and estimation
- Having a skill in preparation of CAD drawings, PER/CPM/PROCORE management techniques will be an advantage
- They must be able to work anywhere in India
SOT – Melts
- Qualification and Experience: 60% marks in Diploma in Engineering (Metallurgy/ Mechanical) with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience of working in Electric Arc Furnace/ Induction Melting Furnace
SOT – Pickling Shop
- Qualification and Experience: 60% marks in Diploma in Engineering (Chemical) with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in chemical industries
Academic Qualifications
Manager (Human Resources)
- Must have a degree in engineering or physical sciences and two years Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with specializations like Human Resource Management or MA (Personnel Management & IR) or MSW
- Experience: Should have a minimum of seven years of post-qualification experience in the relevant area
- Should have the knowledge of Telugu and /or Hindi
- Candidates possessing a degree of law are also preferred
Manager (Special Steels)
- Completed BE / B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering with 60% marks and should have completed a Ph.D. in the area of special steels
- JOT – Electrical: Qualification: Passed SSC + ITI (Electrical) with NAC
- JOT – Instrumentation: Passed SSC + ITI (Instrumentation/ Electrical) with NAC
Ladleman
- Passed SSC or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Experience: Should have experience on minimum 20 Ton or above capacity Ladle operation and maintenance in a reputed steel plant
- Preferred: Conversant with Slide gate and Argon purging system preparation and operation
SOT – Instrumentation
- Qualification & Experience: 60% marks in Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation/ Electrical) with minimum 2 years post qualification experience in maintenance and calibration of modern instrumentation control systems (PLC/DCS etc.), field instrumentation like control valves, burner control systems, transmitters, flow meters, online analyzers, cabling etc. in process industry/ steel plant/ power plant/ fertilizers/ large industrial establishments
Manager (Superalloys)
- 60% marks in BE / B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering and should have completed a Ph.D. in the area of superalloys
Manager (Titanium Alloys)
- 60% marks in BE / B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering and should have completed a Ph.D. in the area of titanium alloys
Charger Operator
- SSC passed with a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in operation of Charger in forge shop, hot rolling mill or ring rolling mill areas
- Candidates should be able to load and unload hot metal pieces into fixed hearth furnaces and feed to the forge press, hot rolling mill or ring rolling mill
- They should be able to operate a small 500 KG chargers to 6.5 Ton chargers, both electrical and diesel operated chargers
Age Limit
- The upper age limit is as follows:
- Assistant Manager, Charger Operators (WG-01), Ladleman (WG-02), JOT: 30 years
- Deputy Manager (Civil), SOT: 35 years
- Manager: 40 years
MIDHANI Recruitment 2019 Selection Process
- The selection process for all the executive posts will be done on the basis of the performance in the interview (In case, if the numbers of applicants are more, the written test will be conducted)
- Selection process for all the executive posts will be preferably through interview. However, if the numbers of applicants are more, written test may also be conducted.
- Selection process for all non-executive posts will be through written test and trade/skill test (wherever applicable).
- Medium of Written, Practical/Trade Test will be in English only.
- Selected candidates for the posts at Sl. No. 6, 7 & 8 are required to execute a service bond for a period of 3 years from the date of joining.
- Selected candidates for the posts at Sl. No. 10, 11, 13, 14 & 15 will be under training for a period of 1 year from the date of joining and will be paid consolidated stipend during training period. On Successful completion of training period, they will be absorbed into company’s regular pay scales.
- 10% relaxation in respect of eligible qualification marks subject to a minimum of 45% shall be given to SC/ST candidates.

- Assistant Manager: 40,000-3%-1,40,000
- Deputy Manager (Civil): 50,000-3%-1,60,000
- Manager: 60,000-3%-1,80,000
- Charger Operators (WG-01): 19,130-3%
- JOT: 20,000-3%
- SOT: 21,900-3%

How to Apply?
- Interested and eligible applicants can visit the MIDHANI URL www.midhani-india.in > careers > e-recruitment and then read carefully the eligibility criteria and the instructions to apply online.
- Application should be submitted strictly “ONLINE” by logging on to MIDHANI website given above. The website will be kept open between 1000 Hrs on 20th November 2019 till 1700 Hrs on 14th December 2019 for this purpose.
- Applicants are required to possess a valid e-mail ID and contact mobile phone number, which is to be entered in the application so that intimation regarding test / interview can be sent. MIDHANI will not be responsible for bouncing of e-mail sent to the applicants.
- Applicants have to make a payment of Rs.100/- towards application fee through online payment using the debit card / credit card / net banking using the payment link available. Applicants belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD/ESM category are not required to pay the application fee.
- Applicants have to upload all the relevant documents pertaining to date of birth proof (SSC certificate), qualification, category, experience, pay scale & CTC per annum (for minimum two years) through the link available in the application form. Experience certificates should invariably contain the details of service, work experience & time period. Applications without supporting documents will not be considered.
- After successful submission of online application, the applicant can take printout of the submitted application and keep it for future reference. “Applicants need not send the hard copy”. Applicants from Govt/Quasi Govt/PSU should submit No Objection Certificate at the time of test/interview. Applicants without NOC will not be permitted for the test /interview.
