Gujarat Metro Rail Recruitment 2019: Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation Limited (GMRC) has invited online applications for the 44 Manager, DGM, Engineers, Operators and other posts. The eligible persons can apply for the posts through the online mode on or before 12th December 2019. GMRC has invited applications from qualified and experienced candidates for Manager, DGM, Engineers, Operators and other posts and appointments will be only on “Contract” with min.3 years to 5 years, on standard terms & conditions of the Organization.

Eligibility Criteria for Gujarat Metro Rail Recruitment 2019
Educational Qualification and Age Limit
For Project Wing
- General Manager (Electrical): Candidate must be a B.E/B. Tech (Electrical)/(Electrical & Electronics) engineering graduate.
- Also he/she should be conversant with international competitive bidding process, computerized environment working and latest EMU technologies etc. for elevated metro/underground/rail projects in urban & suburban environment including consultancy works related to urban rail projects.
- Applicants with Metro Rail Project (MRP) experience will be preferred.
Pay Scale
- Candidates working in “CPSE/ PSU/Autonomous Bodies” should have 5 years’ experience in the E6 or equivalent grade with IDA pay scale of Rs 1,00,000-2,60,000/- or with minimum 2 years’ experience in the E7 or equivalent grade with the IDA pay scale of Rs 1,20,000-2,80,000/-
- Candidates from Private sector should have relevant metro experience with a minimum CTC of Rs. 20 Lakhs
Age Limit: 58 years.
General Manager (Signaling & Telecom)
- Candidate must be a B.E/B. Tech (Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication) engineering graduate. Candidates having minimum 20 years of relevant post qualification experience in planning, design, preparation of technical specification, administration of contracts, installation, testing and commissioning of signaling and telecommunication works in a Metro Rail System/Main Line Railway System. Applicants with Metro Rail Project (MRP) experience will be preferred. Experience in CRS certification and the commissioning of new line is preferable.
Pay Scale
- Candidates working in “CPSE/PSU/Autonomous Bodies” should have 5 years’ experience in the E6 or equivalent grade with IDA pay scale of Rs 1,00,000-2,60,000/- or with minimum 2 years’ experience in the E7 or equivalent grade with the IDA pay scale of Rs 1,20,000-2,80,000/-. Candidates from Private sector should have relevant metro experience with a minimum CTC of Rs. 20 Lakhs.
Age Limit: 58 years.
General Manager (Finance)
- Must be a Commerce Graduate and Member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or a Commerce Graduate and MBA with specialization in Finance from a Govt. recognized Institute/University.
Pay Scale
- Executives working in “CPSE/PSU/Autonomous Bodies” with 5 years’ experience in the E6 or equivalent grade with IDA pay scale of Rs 1,00,000-2,60,000/- or with minimum 2 years’ experience in the E7 or equivalent grade with the IDA pay scale of Rs 1,20,000-2,80,000/-
- The candidates from Private sector should have the working experience in a firm of repute with annual turnover of not less than Rs. Two Thousand (2000) crores and in a minimum CTC of Rs. 20 Lakhs.
Age Limit: 58 years.
Gujarat Metro Rail Recruitment 2019 Selection Process
- The selection of candidates for various posts through Gujarat Metro Rail will be done through Shortlisting, Interview/Test (as applicable) and Document Verification
Gujarat Metro Rail Pay Scale
- Candidates selected to various posts through Gujarat Metro Rail will be paid emolument in the range of Rs.16,000 to Rs. 2,80,000 per month as per the designation.
