Educational Qualification and Age Limit
- Assistant (Legal) Grade-1: Professional degree in Law.
- Management Trainee (Production): Sc.(Agri.) + MBA (Agriculture. Business Management) OR M.Sc.(Agriculture) with specialization in Agronomy/ Seed Technology/ Plant Breeding & Genetics with minimum 60% marks. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.
- Management Trainee (Horticulture): Sc. (Hort.) + MBA (Agri. Business Mgt.) OR M.Sc. (Horticulture) / M.Sc. (Agri.) with specialization in Horticulture with minimum 60% marks.
- Management Trainee (Marketing): Sc. (Agriculture) + MBA (Mktg./Agriculture Business Management) full time or Two years Full time PG Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Agriculture Business Management OR M.Sc. (Agri. with minimum 60%* marks. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.
- Management Trainee (Human Resource): Two years full time PG Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / HR Management OR Two years full time MBA (HRM) with minimum 60% marks. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.
- Management Trainee (Agri. Engg.): BE/B.Tech. (Agri. Engg.) with minimum of 60% marks. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

Age Limit
- Assistant (Legal) Gd. I – Not exceeding 30 Years
- Management Trainee, Sr. /Diploma Trainee, Trainee – Not exceeding 27 Years
- Trainee Mate – Not exceeding 25 Years
- Age relaxation/reservation for SC, ST, OBC, Ex-servicemen & PH will be applicable for caste /category mentioned in the Central List of Govt. of India and as per Government Rules & Guidelines issued time to time.

Selection Process
- The selection for the NSCL Recruitment 2020 for the post of Trainee, Senior Trainee, Diploma Trainee, Trainee, Assistant (Legal), and Trainee Mate will be made on the basis of a written test followed by an interview.
- The candidate will be called for interview based on his/her score in the written examination after taking into account the number of posts and zone of consideration and the weightage of written examination will be 70%o and interview 30% for final selection merit list.

Pay Scale
- Assistant (Legal) Grade I – Rs. 22000-77000/-; Basic Pay: Rs. 22,000/-; DA @ of 18.7% of Basic Pay: Rs 4114; Perks @ of 25% of Basic Pay: Rs 5,500;
- Management Trainee – Consolidated stipend including DA during training period of Rs. 47480/ per month
- /Diploma Trainee – Consolidated stipend including DA during training period of Rs. 26114/ per month
- Trainee – Consolidated stipend including DA during training period of Rs. 20179/ per month
- Trainee Mate (Agri.) – Consolidated stipend including DA during training period of Rs. 19586/ per month
Application Fee
- Unreserved Category/EWS/OBC/Ex-Servicemen: Rs. 500/ plus processing fee and payment gateway charges on actual is applicable.
- Candidates belonging to any particular category of SC/ST/PWD are not required to pay the application fee, however, processing fee and payment gateway charges on actual is applicable for SC/ST/PWD
